Reservation Policies
Vaccine Records
SRK requires veterinary vaccination records for all pets prior to boarding. Specifically, the following MUST be current:
– Dogs: Rabies, DHLP, and Bordetella
– Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
Right to Decline
SRK reserves the right to decline to board any pet. We do our best to accommodate every pet. Regretfully, some pets just do not do well in boarding situations, and SRK may be unable to help.
Cancellations
SRK requires a 72 hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide proper notification will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total that would have been due.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required during holidays, summers, and other busy periods.
Minimum Boarding Fees
A 3 or 4 night minimum fee may be required for reservations during holidays, the Summer vacation season (June-August), and/or other busy periods. A full charge for the reservation period booked will be assessed for early check outs during holidays, the summer vacation season, and/or other busy periods.
Availability
Checking in on Saturday, Sunday, or the day after a holiday depends on availability. Please be sure to check with SRK in advance.
After-Hours Appointments
After-hours appointments may be available if arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Fees will apply. Please contact us to discuss your special needs.
